About Jamie
As Director of People and Organizational Development, Jamie provides strategic direction for Sendero’s talent management teams. She is responsible for the firm’s organizational development, learning and development, and delivery support functions and has implemented Sendero’s current leadership development, staffing, talent mobility, and recognition programs.
She brings more than 15 years of consulting and internal leadership experience to her position. Her background makes her particularly suited to help us staff, retain, and ensure the professional growth of all Sendero team members.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling with her family to destinations such as Colorado, Florida, and the Monahans Sandhills. She is an avid reader with wide-ranging interests, from beloved classics to thought-provoking true crime. When not reading or traveling, she is often supporting her children—Shiloh, Cohen, and Wyatt—in their various pursuits, from ballet to football and soccer.
