What stood out to you about Sendero?
ISABEL CHING (Texas A&M): The significance of values, culture, and passion at Sendero stood out to me.
RYAN FRITZ (University of Oklahoma): I loved the focus on developing individuals and striking a balance between work and everything else in life. I was also drawn to the variety of challenges found in consulting.
KATHRYN HARRINGTON (Baylor): I was first attracted by the core values and reviews on Glassdoor. After meeting employees at the career fair and through interviews, I felt that they truly believed in Sendero’s culture and values which is unique for a company.
ALEX KLAASSEN (SMU): Everyone I met during the recruiting process was very proud to work at Sendero and of the work they had accomplished.
DANNY MEYER (UT Dallas): Everybody I talked to about Sendero was excited about the company and seemed to genuinely enjoy being a part of Sendero. I hadn’t heard that type of enthusiasm about any other company, so that signaled to me that Sendero was something special. I was also really impressed with the focus on community service.
KATIE VAN HORN (Texas A&M): The genuine care everyone at Sendero has for each other, their community, and their clients. I really enjoyed each one of the interactions I had throughout the interview process as well.
If you could describe Sendero in one word, what would it be?
BROOKE DONELSON (SMU): Dynamic.
VLAD GLADTSKOV (UT Austin): Genuine – it seems like there’s a lot of transparency in the way that employees interact. Often you see people wear different masks in the workplace, and it’s reassuring to see how genuine people at Sendero act.
RACHEL KENNEDY (Vanderbilt): Supportive.
PAYTON GRAY (Baylor): Well-rounded. There’s a hyphen, so it still counts as one word!
At Sendero, we hire across all majors for entry-level professionals, but only select those who are already developing their leadership skills, are actively involved in giving back, and excelling in their chosen field of study. These requirements keep our culture intact throughout our growth, because they align our hires’ talent and potential with our core values.
