A management consulting leader with healthcare industry expertise, Amy possesses the stakeholder management skills that allow her to be an effective and efficient liaison between clients’ business and technical areas. Her strong client delivery and leadership skills led to her rise to Managing Director.
In recent engagements, she led initiatives to design healthcare analytics operating models, implement healthcare data governance, operationalize a PMO, and optimize project delivery processes. She has played leadership roles in Project Management Office definition and development, systems implementation, change management, strategic outsourcing, and operational readiness projects. Her unique healthcare leadership approach has been nationally recognized through Consulting Magazine’s Rising Star award for Excellence in Client Service.

- Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma
- Experience in healthcare, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, food & beverage, chemical manufacturing, machinery, and home security
- Project experience in portfolio and program management, infrastructure project management, IT strategy, vendor selection, and IT operations support

Outside of work, Amy is passionate about education in the community and volunteering with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas. She enjoys being outside, traveling, and spending quality time with her family (including her Golden Retriever). An active runner, she has participated in half marathons and looks forward to competing in her next race.
