This week, we are proud to share Danielle’s story.
Danielle Neitsch joined Sendero in our Dallas office in 2022. Prior to that, Danielle studied marketing and entrepreneurship & corporate innovation at Baylor University. As a consulting associate, she has experience in the healthcare and utilities industries, with a focus on projects in the IT space.
What led you to Sendero?
Sendero presented its values and culture during a virtual information session at Baylor University. What stood out to me was the palpable camaraderie among the employees. It was evident that the team dynamics extended beyond mere professional relationships; colleagues interacted like friends who genuinely enjoyed their roles as consultants. This blend of professional commitment and a supportive work environment was a compelling factor in my decision to join Sendero.
What stands out to you about Sendero?
Sendero offers a balanced work-life culture, exposure to a variety of industries, and strong camaraderie. Professional relationships naturally evolve into friendships, creating a supportive and engaging environment.
What has been your favorite part about being a consultant?
One of my favorite parts of being a consultant is connecting with our clients. There’s so much to learn about their work cultures and operations, in addition to the interconnectedness of businesses across the DFW area and beyond. Whenever I start at a new client, it’s common to discover a mutual friendship with another Senderoan. Sendero excels at fostering business relationships, and it is always enjoyable to hear about those shared connections.
What industries have you worked in?
I’ve worked on projects in both the healthcare and utilities sectors.
