This week, we are proud to share Annie’s story.
Annie joined Sendero in our Dallas office in 2023. Prior to that, Annie studied psychology at Texas A&M University. Her consulting experience includes OCM and PMO in the utilities and manufacturing industries.
What led you to Sendero?
I decided I was interested in consulting after taking a professional/personal development class during my junior year of college. After I knew I wanted to be a consultant, I spent time thinking through what I wanted out of a consulting firm: values that resonated with me, a culture of hard work and excellence, and people I would enjoy coming to work with every day. After my interviews, it was evident that Sendero exceeded my expectations, and I accepted my offer shortly thereafter.
What stands out to you about Sendero?
The people make Sendero what it is. Sendero hires high-quality individuals who care deeply and want to provide results for their clients. I am not only surrounded by people who strive for excellence, but people who care about me as a person. I am grateful for coworkers who push me to be my best while also taking the time to know me personally.
What has been your favorite part about being a consultant?
Building relationships with my stakeholders has been one of the most rewarding parts of my current project. From a more specific consulting lens, when I am able to form that stakeholder relationship, people are able to more candidly share their pain points or problems. From there, we can find better solutions and deliver more personal results.
What industries have you worked in?
I have worked in the manufacturing and utilities industries.
