Miles Collins walks us through our Case Study with Stream, one of the nation's largest direct selling companies in the energy industry. As Project Manager for the Microsoft Exchange Migration, Miles was responsible for end-user engagement, organizational change management, and facilitating communication between Stream and our technical partner, Softchoice.
My role on the Exchange Upgrade project at Stream was to get the right people engaged and ensure that this was a successful effort through our organizational change management (OCM), training, and project management capabilities. Working with our technical partner, Softchoice, made for a very quick and smoothly run Office 365 migration. All three parties truly operated as one team and I believe that's what made this project flow so flawlessly.
