We are pleased to welcome our newest group of employees to Sendero.
They joined Sendero as Associates last month after graduating from Baylor, Dallas Baptist University, SMU, and Texas A&M.
How did you first hear about Sendero?
REAGAN FOOTE (DALLAS BAPTIST): Good ol’ Google search: “Dallas Management Consulting Firms.”
ALLIE MAYER (TEXAS A&M): Kelly Karn (Sendero Associate) spoke to my MS Business program.
SARAH O’CONNOR (BAYLOR): Many Baylor students work at Sendero, so I found out about the company through my peers that loved working here!
What stood out to you about Sendero?
ALLAYNE BABIN (TEXAS A&M): Core values, culture, and how well Sendero treats their employees.
RYAN CANTRELL (BAYLOR): What stood out to me about Sendero was the people. Everyone throughout the campus recruiting process made me feel at home, which in turn made this position my dream job.
FAUSTINO “T.J.” SAENZ (BAYLOR): The people. It was very obvious that Sendero truly had a great culture from associates to the partner interview.
JULIA TRAYLOR (SMU): That every person I met from Sendero was sincere, kind, and authentically loved working for Sendero.
If you could describe Sendero in one word, what would it be?
ALYSSA DAIGLE (SMU): Collaborative.
EMILY GULLO (SMU): Dynamic.
TAYLOR HAYS (TEXAS A&M): Purposeful – not only does Sendero find purpose for its clients, but it also allows each employee to establish their own sense of purpose within the company. Additionally, Sendero is intentional and purposeful in the community in giving back in tangible ways.
At Sendero, we hire across all majors for entry-level professionals, but only select those who are already developing their leadership skills, are actively involved in giving back, and excelling in their chosen field of study. These requirements keep our culture intact throughout our growth, because they align our hires’ talent and potential with our core values.
