DALLAS – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, organizational effectiveness, and analytics solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Kraft to Principal.
After spending time at Accenture and PepsiCo, Amanda joined Sendero as a Senior Manager in 2014, bringing over 11 years of management consulting experience with her. Over the years, Amanda has developed a deep understanding of learning management systems, organizational change management, organization analysis and design, talent management, and program and project management. She has experience across multiple industries, including retail, ecommerce, fast casual restaurants, food and beverage, oilfield services, aerospace and defense, and telecommunications.
During her time at Sendero, Amanda has successfully delivered several consulting engagements to a wide variety of industries, primarily involving organizational effectiveness, business process transformation, and technology implementation.
Outside of work, Amanda serves as a committee member with Our Friends Place and volunteers with the Junior League of Dallas and the Lakewood Service League. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family (including her husband, daughter, and giant dogs), decorating (and re-decorating) their house, and creating the “perfect playlist” for any occasion. Amanda is a graduate of Baylor University.
