STAGE ONE INTERVIEWS

Initial discussions are conducted at select university campuses. The goal is for the candidate and Sendero to learn more about each other to see if there is a mutual fit. Specific qualities we look for include:

  • Interpersonal skills

STAGE TWO INTERVIEWS

Stage Two interviews are conducted either on campus or at our corporate offices. Candidates should expect at least two in-depth interviews related to our behavioral profile. During these interviews, candidates have the opportunity to meet Sendero team members from across the organization.
